Lucas Schiff is the owner and principal of Energy Evolved, an established consulting business that has designed/built products and cultivated business in the IoT and IIoT spaces for over a decade. Lucas brings more than 20+ years in global technology development, engineering, business development, strategic partnering, strategy, and executive management. 

Most recently, he was a Co-founder and CEO, and now moved to Executive Chairman of an IoT business called Hailios, which developed the world’s first autonomous hail sensing devices and data analytics platform deployed in North America, Europe, and Australia. 

Prior to Hailios, he was the Founder and CEO of Nimbus 9, focused on providing increased energy efficiency to buildings through autonomous optimization of lighting and HVAC, and was the world's first completely cloud based lighting control system for commercial application. 

He has several patents pertaining to IoT connected hardware, cloud software, and weather detection. He has worked for Fortune 500 companies, including Yamaha Motor Corporation as a Product Engineer in the WaveRunner division, Trane as a Consulting Engineer through his company Energy Evolved, and Honeywell as the North and South American Product Expert of FAST video security. He was also instrumental in developing the OEM relationship between the two entities. 

He sold his cleantech startup Solargreen Technologies in 2011. He brings a wealth of value to any project and company through his global connections to manufacturing, technology, industry, and distribution, as well as his proven IoT strategy and thought leadership.
